Buyer Registration Form

To gain admission for Retail and Online Stores ONLY and receive your badge, you must show a photo ID and a business card. First-time buyers must submit the form below.

ALL INFORMATION ON THIS FORM MUST BE COMPLETED and proper credentials submitted or this form will be rejected.

Business credentials: First time buyers are required to scan and submit via email to michael@cobbtradeshow.com:

• Current Business License or Resale Tax Certificate

• Imprinted Business check/Corporate credit/debit card

• TWO Recent Invoices TOTAL $500.00 PER INVOICE!
